After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Ms. Vilasini Balsabramanian, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present bail application. Since the Applicant is arrested on 24th February 2023 and has suffered incarceration for as many as two years and eight months till date, the Trial Court is requested to frame charges within a 17th October 2025

21-BA-2163-2025.DOC period of three months from today. The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application if the charges are not framed within the said period.

Permission to withdraw is granted.

The present bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.
