By the present Bail Application the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 02 of 2024 registered with Sinhagadh Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

Mr. Samay Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances.
