2) Mr.Solkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Bail Application filed by the Applicant is pending for hearing before the 4th Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Belapur at Navi Mumbai, but the Trial Court/In-charge Court is not able to take up the matter for hearing due to heavy work. In addition, he submits that the matter is settled between the parties and the first informant/victim of the crime has consented for grant of bail and quashing of the FIR. A copy of an Affidavit filed by the first informant to that effect, is enclosed with the Bail Application pending before the Trial Court. Therefore, he submits that the said Court may be directed to decide the Bail Application of the Applicant as expeditiously as H.C. SHIV

3) In view thereof, the Trial Court is requested to decide the Bail Application of the Applicant within one week from today. 4) Hence, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application.
5) Leave to withdraw is granted.
6) Application stands disposed of, as withdrawn. 7) It is made clear that this Court has not heard this Application on merits. Let the said Bail Application before the Trial Court is decided on its own merits.
