The Applicant is lodged in Yerwada Central Jail in Special MPID Case No. 294 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Pune. This proceedings are in respect

of Crime No. 1266 of 2023 registered with Kondhwa Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under Section 420, 406, read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code alongwith Section 3 and 4 of Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors, 1999. Applicant is in custody since 16th January, 2024. 4.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief :

"a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant interim bail to the applicant for the limited period of only Six (6) weeks in connection with the proceeding arising out of 1266 of 2023 registered with Kondhwa Police Station, Pune."

Ms. Meenaz Mozwala, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the reason for seeking Interim Bail is on account of marriage in the family scheduled on 13th June, 2025 at Pune. She has tendered a praecipe on the letter head of Hulyalkar & Associates stating the reasons of urgency, giving details about the Applicant and by appending copy of the invitation card, the same are taken on record and marked "X" collectively for identification (5 pages). She states that the wedding is on 13th

June, 2025. She therefore submits that the Applicant be released on bail on 13th June, 2025 up to 16th June, 2025. She submits that the last rituals in respect of the wedding are scheduled on 15th June, 2025. She on instructions of the Applicant states that the Applicant would surrender before the jail authorities on 16th June, 2025 before 2 p.m.

Mrs. Veera Shinde, Learned APP has tendered the instruction letter dated 12th June, 2025 received by her from Senior Police Inspector, Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, same is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification(1 page). She submits that the Investigating Officer in the present crime has verified the authenticity of the invitation card and he has confirmed that the wedding is scheduled on 13th June, 2025. She therefore submits that the Investigating Officer does not object to grant Interim Bail for a limited period from 13th June, 2025 till 16th June, 2025 on condition that the Applicant shall surrender on 16th June, 2025.

Ms. Meenaz Mozwala, learned Advocate for the Applicant

on instructions states that the Applicant undertakes to surrender before the Jail Authorities on 16th June, 2025 before 2 p.m. Statement made by the learned Advocate Ms. Meenaz Mozwala is accepted as a statement to the Court.

In view of the abovesaid statements made in the Application and across the bar by the learned Advocate for the Applicant, Interim Bail is granted, on the following terms : (a) The Applicant Shoaib Moinuddin Attar shall be released on Interim Bail for a period from 13th June, 2025 to 16th June, 2025 on execution of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/-(Rs. One Lakhs only) with one or two sureties in the like amount. (b) The Police Escort shall accompany the Applicant during the above said period i.e. from 13th June, 2025 till 16th June, 2025, subject to prior payment of escort fees deposited by the Applicant with the concerned authority. Such deposit shall be made on 13th June, 2025 prior to release of the Applicant from jail. (c) The Applicant shall not influence or pressurise any witness in any manner or tamper with the evidence.

(d) The Applicant shall not leave jurisdiction of Kondhwa Police Station.

(e) The Applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities on 16th June, 2025 before 2 p.m.
