During the course of hearing Ms. Shinde, learned APP submitted that the chargsheet has been filed on 26th May 2025, in the present crime. She submits that the crime is registered as case vide RCC No. 923/2025 and is allotted to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nashik.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that in view of Mane

In the event any such application is filed the same shall be considered on its own merit and in accordance with law. 5.
