By the present application the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R.No.136/2025 registered with Taloja Police Station, Raigad District.

Mr. V.N.Sagare learned APP submits that subsequent to the order dated 7th May, 2025 passed on the bail application, the prosecution has filed the chargesheet before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel.

Mr. Amin Solkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant states that in view of the change in circumstance, arising out of the filing of the chargesheet, he has instructions to withdraw the present application with liberty to move the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel. He states that such application will be filed within 10 days before the Judicial Magistrate First Class. Leave granted. 4.

In the event any application is filed before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel shall endeavour to expeditiously decide the application, upon the same being filed. 5.
