After arguing the matter for sometime, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Hamza Khot, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with permission to file a fresh bail application after 8 months if there is no substantial progress in the trial till then. 2.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
