This is a Second Bail Application.

The First Bail Application was allowed to be withdrawn as this Court was not inclined to grant bail by Order dated 11th March 2024. By said Order, liberty was given to the Applicant to file fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that even the Charge is also not framed.

Accordingly, issue notice to the Respondent No.2- Victim returnable after three weeks. In addition to the Court notice, Investigation Officer to intimate the Respondent No.2 about next date of the Bail Application.
