In view of the ground of medical urgency as sought to be raised in the present bail application, the learned APP states that medical reports be called from Thane Central Prison. Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that this would be proper course.

In view of the above and as requested by the parties, the Thane Central Prison Authorities are requested to verify the medical condition of the Applicant and submit a report to this Court within a period of one week from today. 6.

Learned APP to communicate this order to the Jail Authorities. In addition, the learned Advocate for the Applicant is at liberty to inward the copy of this order before the Jail Authorities.
