After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Bhawnani, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application if there is no substantial progress in the trial in the next six months. This is in view of the statement made by Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for the Respondent - State, that the first-witness is yet to be examined tomorrow i.e. on 20th December, 2025. 19th December 2025
