By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 424 of 2025 registered with Satara City Police Station, for offence punishable under Section 123, 125, 278 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS').

Mr. Atharva Jagtap, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that subsequent to the filing of the present Bail Application, the prosecution has filed charge-sheet. He therefore, seeks leave to Talwalkar

906.BA2252.2025.odt withdraw the present Bail Application to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court in view of the change in circumstances arising out of filing of the charge-sheet. Leave granted as prayed. 4.

In the event, any application is filed before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
