Learned counsel for the applicant submits that allegations against the applicant are of receiving Rs.2 lakh out of fraud amount. During investigation, police has recovered Rs.1,35,000/-. Applicant is ready to deposit Rs.65,000/- before the Trial Court. He seeks leave to deposit Rs.65,000/- before the Trial Court.
