After arguing this bail application for some time, when this court was disinclined to grant relief, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to revive his request after one year, in case if trial is not over within one year.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

The Bail Application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial, and shall make an endeavor to complete the trial within one year from today.
