By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 144 of 2025 registered with Karkamb Police Station, Solapur Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 89, 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, ("BNS" for short).

Mrs. Madhavi Mhatre, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Gitalaxmi

In view of the statement made by Mrs. Madhavi Mhatre, learned A.P.P., Mr. Shailesh Chavan, learned Advocate for the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application and file a fresh Application before the learned JMFC, Pandharpur in view of the change in circumstance, i.e., filing of the chargesheet. Leave as prayed for is granted. 5.

In the event any such Application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, then the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
