After advancing the arguments for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Ramdas Hake Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant sought permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh application after one year if the trial does not progress substantially.

Permission to withdraw the present Bail Application is granted with liberty as prayed.
