Heard Ms. Anjali Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant,Mr. P.H. Gaikwad, learned APP for the State and Mr. Yuvraj Dhole, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2. 2.

By the present application, the Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No. 22 of 2025 registered with Ravet Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under sections 64(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 4,6,8,12,17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and section 66(e) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Said crime is registered as Special Case No. 22/2025 and is pending on the file

of the Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon Maval, District Pune. 3.

There are three accused in the crime. Applicant is Accused No.3.

Ms. Anjali Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is seeking bail on the sole ground of parity. She submits that the involvement of the Applicant in Crime No. 22/2025 is similar and identical to the involvement of Sushil Balendra Thakur (Accused No.2), who is released on bail. She submits that even Ayush Anand Bhoite (Accused No.1) in the present crime has been released on bail. She submits that the role and involvement of the Applicant being similar and identical to the Accused No.2, the Applicant would be entitled to bail on the ground of parity. She tenders copies of the orders dated 23rd July, 2025 passed below Exhibit 15 and Exhibit 19 in Special Case No. 22/2025, photostat copies of the same are taken on record and marked 'X' Collectively for the purpose of identification. 5.

Mr. Khan and Mr. Yuvraj Dhole, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that involvement of the Applicant in Crime No.22/2025 is similar and identical to the involvement of Accused No.2 in the said crime. They submit that Accused No.2 being granted bail, case of the Applicant can be considered on the ground of parity.

Perused the records and the orders dated 23rd July, 2025 passed below Exhibits 15 and 19, respectively.

Perusal of the charge-sheet reveals that the role assigned to the Applicant is similar and identical to the role assigned to Sushil Balendra Thakur (Accused No.2). Accused No.2 being granted bail, Applicant would be entitled to bail on the principle of parity.

In view of the above, the present Bail Application is allowed, on the following conditions:

a) Applicant/Accused Ritik Sanjay Singh shall be released on executing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in like amount in Crime No.22/2025 registered with Ravet Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4,6,8,12,17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 66(e) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

b) Till conclusion of trial, Applicant/Accused shall attend the Ravet Police Station on every 1st and 3rd Monday. c) Till conclusion of trial, Applicant/Accused shall attend the Court of Magistrate having jurisdiction to try the offence or any other Court in which the charge-sheet is allotted for trial according to law on every 2nd and 4th Monday. d) Applicant/Accused shall produce the original latest list of assessment extract of their houses at the time of furnishing surety and the receipts of payment of house taxes,

water charges, light bills etc.

The Bail Application No.2275 of 2025 is allowed in the above said terms.
