Mr. Ajinkya Udane, learned advocate appears for the Applicant and submits that the arguing counsel Ms. Urmila Shahu is in personal difficulty therefore four weeks time may be granted. 2.

Perused the Record. It is noticed that thought the offences charged against the Applicant include offences under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences of 2012, the victim is not added as a party-Respondent.

Learned advocate for the Application craves leave to amend the cause title of the Application by adding the victim as a party-Respondent No.2. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment to Harish

Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the Respondents.
