By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 203 of 2023 registered with Kankawali Police Station, Sindhudurg for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(j), 376(2)(n) and 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Mr. Ajinkya Udane, learned Advocate for the Applicant has tendered the copies of a letter dated 29th July 2025 issued by the Gitalaxmi
50-BA-2278-2025.doc District Court Legal-aid Services, Sindhudurg addressed to the Principal Secretary, High Court Legal-aid Cell alongwith a letter dated 29th July 2024 of the Applicant having outward date as 29th July 2025, by which the Applicant has expressed his request to unconditionally withdraw the present Bail Application; receipt of District and Sessions Court, Sindhudurg-Oros dated 21st July 2025; statement of Prosecution Witness No. 2 dated 2nd July 2025 and supplementary statement of Prosecution Witness No. 2 dated 14th July 2025. Same are taken on record and marked as "X Colly." for identification.

Mr. Ajinkya Udane instructed by Ms. Urmila Sahu, learned Advocate for the Applicant on the basis of the said letter, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks leave to unconditionally withdraw Criminal Bail Application No. 2278 of 2025. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Ajinkya Udane, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave granted to unconditionally withdraw the present Bail Application. 6.
Criminal Bail Application No. 2278 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
