Mr. Nilesh Joshi, learned advocate for the Applicant mentions this matter on 2.30 p.m. submitting that the maximum punishment in respect of the offences as alleged against the Applicant would be six months if the provisions of Section 128 of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) are excluded. He submits that the Applicant has undergone imprisonment nearing to three months. He therefore prays for urgent listing of the matter. 2.
