Ms. Komal Sinha, learned Advocate appointed from the Legal Aid Panel states that she had a video conference with the Applicant who is presently lodged in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Central Prisoner and he has instructed her to withdraw the present Bail Application with instructions to file an Appeal against conviction as also an Application seeking suspension of sentence/bail. She, therefore, on instructions of the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings questioning the conviction awarded to the Applicant in Sessions Case No. 90/2019 and appropriate application seeking suspension of sentence.

Ms. Komal Sinha, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that she would contact the officer from MHALSA so as to obtain the necessary documents from the Applicant required for filing the Appeal and for the necessary action like obtaining signatures of the Applicant on the Vakalatnama/Appeal/Application. Ms. Shilpa G. Talhar, learned APP submits that the course suggested by Ms. Komal Sinha is appropriate. She does not object to the request made Ms. Komal Sinha.
