Heard Mr. Harshwardhan Milind Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. V. B. Kondedeshmukh, learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By the present Application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (i):- "i.
This Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to release the present Applicant on bail in connection with C.R. No. - 237/2024 registered at Sahakarnagar Police Station;"

After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Harshwardhan Milind Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a Passover to take instructions from the Applicant. After some time, at the request of Mr. Harshwardhan Milind Pawar, this Application was taken up.

Mr. Harshwardhan Milind Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of a change in circumstances. The request made by Mr. Harshwardhan Milind Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mr. V. B. Kondedeshmukh, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Harshwardhan Milind Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed. If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court on the ground of a change in circumstances, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No. 2293 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
