Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

When this Court asked about concerned Officer, the learned APP submits that no officer of the concerned Police Station is present. This is very serious.

This Bail Application is preferred by the Prisoner through Jail. This is second date of this Application. None present from concerned Police Station. It is observed that in many matters neither Investigating Officer or any Officer from concerned Police Station has

In such cases this Court has no option but to adjourn the matter. Considering these facts the Commissioner of Police, Pune, shall remain present before this Court in person or appear through Video Conference on 3rd February 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
