By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for bail in Crime No. 182 of 2022, registered with Saswad Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant points out to the order dated 12th June, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Talwalkar

6.BA2351.2025.odt Application No. 641 of 2024 wherein liberty was granted to the Applicant to move a fresh application before the Trial Court. 4.

Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present Application and move a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court. Leave granted as prayed. In the event, any application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Bail Application No. 2351 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above.
