After hearing Counsel for both sides and when this Court has shown disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application with direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial.

Learned Special P. P., on instructions, makes statement that fifteen (15) witnesses are to be examined and it will take at least six to eight months for conclusion of trial. 3.

Hence, Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 7th May 2026

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. 5.

In case, trial is not completed within a period of six months, it is open for the Applicant to move fresh application for bail.
