After hearing learned counsel for both sides and when this Court has shown disinclination to grant any relief on merit. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant is in jail for a period 04 years without trial. 3.

Learned APP on instruction submits that there are 15 witnesses yet to be examined and reasonably 09 months would be required for completion of the trial.

In view of the above, Application stands disposed of. 07th May, 2026

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 09 months from today, in case trial is not concluded within the said period, it shall be open to the applicant to revive his application.
