Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the Applicant, submits that the Applicant was arrested near the Don Bosco School, whereas the Panchanma was done at Dharavi T Junction area. He has applied on behalf of the Applicant before the Trial Court seeking the CCTV footage of the area near Don Bosco School which clearly indicates according to him that the Applicant was arrested at the said spot. 16th January 2026

He submits that the Application is pending for the past five months before the Trial court. The Trial Court is requested to expedite hearing of the application and decide within a period of one month from the date on which this order is placed before it.

In the meantime, Ms. Gotad, learned APP representing the State, is directed to file Affidavit as to from where the Applicant and co-accused were arrested. 4.
