Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the document at Page No. 55 is not legible. He submits that the prosecution would be in a better position to produce a legible copy of Page No. 55. He also states that the statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. He submits that the said statement is also not made available to him by the prosecution.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that a legible copy of Page Nos. 55 and 56 and the Gitalaxmi
