After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Hrishikesh Mundargi, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

Mr. Kocharekar, learned counsel for the Intervenor, states that the Applicant has tried to delay the progress of the trial on the ground that the present Bail Application is pending before this Court.

It is made clear that the Applicant and the prosecution shall cooperate with the trial and shall not take unnecessary adjournments.
