By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 330 of 2024 registered with Yevat Police Station, Pune Rural for the offence punishable under Sections 123 and 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, ("BNS" for short) and Sections 26(2), 26(2)(a), 27(3)(d), 27(3)(e) and 59 of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006.

When the matter was called out today, Mr. Akash Pandey, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that he has instructions Gitalaxmi

83-BA-2390-2025.doc from the Applicant to withdraw the present Application with instructions to file a fresh Application before the learned Trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet. Leave as prayed for is granted.

In the event of such Application being filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
