After hearing the arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Tanmay Karmarkar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after one year, if the trial does not conclude within that period.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty since the Applicant is in custody since 21st October 2017 and till date, recording evidence of the witnesses has not commenced.
