He submits that the Applicant intends to raise further/additional grounds in the memo of the Bail Application. 2.

Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP for the State, does not object to the proposed amendment of the memo of Bail Application, however, she reserves her right to oppose the same on merits. 3.

In view of no objection, leave granted to amend the memo of Bail Application. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
