By the present application, Applicant is seeking in bail in connection with C. R. No.69 of 2025 registered with Wagholi Police Station, Pune.

Mrs. M. H. Mhatre, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, states that charge-sheet in the C.R. No.69 of 2025 is filed on 17.06.2025.

Mr. Salman Pathan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, states that as the charge-sheet has been filed, the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application to approach the learned Trial Court, in view of the

12-ba-2406-2025.doc change in circumstances. Leave granted to withdraw with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court. In the event, any such application is filed before the learned Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
