DATED : 30th JANUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant is behind the bars since May, 2024. The charge has been framed on 14th October, 2025. Therefore, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the hearing and dispose of the case in a time bound manner. Further, he states that accordingly this Application may be disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail after nine months, if the trial is not over.

2) Leave to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty. 3) Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

5) If the case is not disposed of within that period, the Applicant will be at liberty to renew his prayer.
