At the very outset, Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP appearing in the present matter, states, on instructions that the trial has commenced in the present case; 3 witnesses have already been examined. She further states, on instructions, that although list of 31 witnesses has been given, the prosecution intends to examine only 12 witnesses out of them. 15th October 2025

In these circumstances, Ms. Deepti Chand, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 6 months if the trial does not progress substantially.
