Heard Mr. Kasliwal, learned advocate for the applicant. Issue notice to the Respondents.

Mr. Palkar, learned APP appears for the State and waives notice of service. He states that the Investigation Officer had informed the Respondent No. 2 about the listing of this Bail Application before this Court. In view of the said information, the Respondent No. 2 along with her mother is today present in Court. The mother of the Respondent No.2 states that an advocate from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the Respondent No. 2.

Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned advocate on the Legal Aid Harish

The mother of Respondent No. 2 is notified about the appointment of Ms. Kanchan Pawar to represent them. She consents to the said appointment and states that all necessary instructions would be given to the Advocate Ms. Kanchan Pawar. 4.

The Legal Aid Cell be informed of the appointment of Ms. Kanchan Pawar to represent Respondent No.2.
