Heard Ms. Pillai, learned advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Ibraheem, learned APP for the Respondent State. 2.

Ms. Dr. Takalkar, learned APP points out the order dated 12th March 2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 5244/2024, by which the liberty was granted to the Applicant to move the Court in the event the trial is not concluded within a particular time. She submits that in terms of the liberty the Applicant will have to move the learned Trial Court, at the first instance. 3.

Ms. Pillai learned advocate for the Applicant on Harish

18-BA-2427-2025.odt instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 158/2024 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel, Raigad. He states that the Application will be filed within a period of ten days from today. Leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application. The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court, Panvel, Raigad in Sessions Case No. 158/2025, in terms of the order dated 12th March 2025. In the event such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

Considering the liberty granted in the order dated 12th March 2025, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 5244 of 2024, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel, Raigad is requested to endeavor to dispose of the said Application expeditiously. 5.
