By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a. That the Applicant may kindly be released on Bail on suitable terms and conditions in connection with of C. R. No. 292 of 2022 registered with Shikarpur Police Station, District: Pune under the provisions of Section 302, 395, 396, 397 r/w s. 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
