The Registry has not placed the papers of the proceedings before the Court. Hence, in order to avoid inconvenience to the parties, the Court proceeded to hear the matter by accepting an additional copy from the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

At the request of Mr. Rushabh Vidyarthi, learned Counsel for the Applicant, leave to implead the injured victim as Respondent No.2 is granted. Amendment to be carried out 15th December 2025

An amended copy of the Application be given to Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP.

The Applicant is directed to provide a copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate issuance of service. The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve a copy of the Application along with annexures on Respondent No.2.
