Heard Mr. Phade, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Mhatre, learned APP for Respondent-State. 2.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 811 of 2021 registered with Akluj Police Station, District Solapur.

Mr. Phade, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the said Crime No. 811 of 2021 is now registered as Special MPID Case No. 8 of 2022 and is pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Malshiras, District Solapur.

After having heard the matter for some time and this Talwalkar

24.BA2443.2025.odt Court having expressed its opinion of not being inclined, Mr. Phade, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file fresh application before the learned Trial Court after receipt of Forensic/Hand Writing Expert's report or on change in circumstances. Leave granted as prayed.

In the event, any application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
