Heard Mr. Akshay Bankapur, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Khan, learned APP for the Respondent. 2.

By the present application the Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No. 120/2023 registered with Panchavati Police Station Nashik.

Mr. Khan, learned APP points out to the Order dated 14th June 2024, passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1721/2024

and submits that the Applicant is required to avail the liberty by filing the fresh application before the learned trial Court at the first instance.

Mr. Akshay Bankapur, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw present Application and file a fresh application for bail before the learned Additional Sessions Court, Nasik in Sessions Case No.204/2023 in terms of the liberty granted by this Court in Order dated 14th June 2024. Liberty as prayed is granted. 5.

In the event any such application is filed the learned Sessions Court shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Sessions Judge is requested to endeavor to dispose of the said application, if filed, as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, Bail Application No.2444/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. [ ASHWIN D.BHOBE, J.]
