Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground of long incarceration. He states that the Applicant is in jail for last more than 7 years. He submits that entire case is based on circumstantial evidence. Charge is framed in the month of March, 2025. He submits that the prosecution has listed 25 witnesses. He therefore submits that conclusion of trial in near future is bleak.
