By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 116 of 2025 registered with Mumbai Naka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 140(2), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS and Sections 3/25 and 27(2) of the Arms Act.

Applicant was arrested on 9th May, 2025. Criminal Bail Application No. 852 of 2025 filed by the Applicant was dismissed on 21st May 2025 by the Additional Sessions Judge - 6, Nashik. 3.

Mr. Chetan Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Bail Application.
