Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Applicant has drawn my attention to pages- 24, 25, 26 and 29 of the paper book, to submit that there are discrepancies in the dates mentioned in the said document. He further submits that provisions of Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022 have not been complied. He stresses on non-compliance with Rule 3(4) & (11) of the said Rules. He relies on the order dated 15th September, 2023 passed in Bail Application No. 1646 of 2022 and order dated 4th March, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 2254 of 2024. Talwalkar
