By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime No. 107 of 2022 registered at Khandeshwar Police Station, Navi Mumbai for offences punishable under Section 376(2)(j), 376(2)(i), 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4, 8, 12, 14, 15 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offices Act, 2012.

Perusal of the record would indicate that Bail Application No. 2641 of 2022 filed by the Applicant was disposed of on 10th Talwalkar
10.BA2468.2025.odt November, 2022 with the following order :

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn."

Bail application No. 2283 of 2023 filed by the Applicant was disposed of on 2nd April, 2025 with the following order : "1.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application.
2.
Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such."

Faced with the above situation, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application. He states that the Applicant would file an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court. In the event, any application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above, Criminal Bail Application No. 2468 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
