Heard Mr. Khillare, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Khan, learned APP for State.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with the Crime No. of 206 of 2020 registered with Taloja Police Station, Navi Mumbai.

Mr. Khillare learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant seeks bail on long incarceration and on the ground of Applicant's right of speedy trial. He submits that the Applicant was arrested on 15th October, 2020. However, till date, no charge is framed.

It is noticed that the Applicant has not joined the victim/complainant/informant as a party to the present proceedings. Mr. Khillare, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to add the victim/complainant/informant as party Respondent No. 2 to the present proceedings.

Mr. Khan, learned APP submits that presence of the informant in the Bail Application is necessary. In view of the same, leave granted to add informant as Respondent No. 2. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Upon amendment being carried, issue notice to Respondent No. 2.

Notice be served to Respondent No. 2 through Investigating Officer, Taloja Police Station, Navi Mumbai and compliance be filed on or before the next date. 8.

At the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, list the matter on 16th July, 2025.
