Heard learned Advocates representing the respective Applicants in the above referred Bail Applications and Mr. Shishir Hiray, learned Spl.P.P. for the State/Respondent. 2.
Arguments in these matters commenced on 18th August 2025 and thereafter on 2nd September 2025, matter was adjourned for the reason recorded in the said order. Today the matter was taken up and Mr. Shishir Hiray, learned Spl.P.P. for the State/Respondent continued further arguments.

At 1.45 p.m., Mr. Shishir Hiray, learned Spl.P.P. for the State/Respondent made a request for adjournment/further time to
address this Court.

Mr. Shirish Gupte, learned senior Advocate for the Applicant appearing in Criminal Bail Application No. 3751 of 2024, states that he is in some personal difficulties in the afternoon session and therefore, requests for accommodation.

There are six Bail Applications in all, which arise out of the same crime, as such are fixed one after the other, at the request made by the learned Advocates appearing for the respective Applicants.

Learned Advocates appearing for the respective Applicants in other Bail Applications, which are also scheduled today, do not object to the request of adjournment, made by Mr. Shishir Hiray, learned Spl.P.P. for the State/Respondent and by Mr. Shirish Gupte, learned senior Advocate for the Applicant in Criminal Bail Application No. 3751 of 2024.

Learned Advocates representing the respective Applicants and Mr. Shishir Hiray, learned Spl.P.P. for the State/Respondent jointly request and suggest for listing of the matter on 12th September 2025.
