By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with the Crime No. 338 of 2021 registered with Sangvi Police Station, Pune for offences punishable under Section 395, 201 of Indian Penal Code, Section 3(25) of Arms Act and Section 39 of Maharashtra Money Lending Act and Section 3(1)(ii), 3(4) of MCOC Act.
