Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that within a period of month the victim would be examined as the Informant i.e. the father of the victim is in the witness box. 2.

This Court after taking into consideration the submissions made deem it appropriate that the victim be examined before passing any order in this Application. In order to enable the prosecution to examine victim, one month time is granted. 3.

It is clarified that even if the victim is not examined, it would be open for the Applicant to seek enlargement on bail on merit.
