After hearing learned Counsel for both sides and when this Court has shown disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the application. She however contends that Applicant is in jail since 7th June 2023 and hence the trial be expedited. 2.

Learned APP informs the Court, on instructions, that the charge has been framed. She further states that about twelve witnesses are to be examined and therefore she is hopeful for completion of trial within a period of nine months from today. 3.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
