Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that summons are issued and in all nine to ten witnesses are to be examined before the Trial Court. On instructions, she further makes a statement that the trial would be concluded within a period of six months from today.

In view of the statement and considering the nature of offence attributed against the Applicant, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today.

In case trial does not get over within a period six months, the Applicant is at liberty to move a fresh bail application. 4.

Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
